I was delighted with this hotel! The location couldn't have been better, right in the heart of Hanoi close to everything and just a stone's throw away from the beautiful Hoàn Kiếm lake. The rooms were spotless, and the breakfast was lovely. However, the service could have been more attentive.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location is superb, right in the heart of the city center and minutes away from all the major attractions. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and extremely comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. However, the dining options were a bit lacking, but the fantastic food spots in the Hanoi old quarter made up for it. Definitely great value for money!
